Why "Partner in the Gospel?"
The people of the church are called, gathered, and sent by the God who showed himself in Jesus Christ. You aren’t so much joining a church as you are joining God and God’s people in what he is doing in and through Southside.
This is why we prefer the term “partner” over “member.” There is no movement in the concept of “membership.” Much different is the call to follow Jesus—to actively join our lives to his mission.
