Under the oversight of the elders, Southside is organized to fulfill many areas of service. This ministry-led approach is designed to meet a variety of needs both inside and outside the congregation. A conscious effort has been made to balance the needs of the church for edification and enrichment with the responsibility to reach out to the world through evangelism and service. This is our way of mobilizing the resources of this church to meet the challenges we face in living out our calling as members of Christ's body. Our purpose is to provide a form and structure for the parts of the body to unite and do their work. Each ministry area is supported by deacons, ministers, ministry leaders and several members of the congregation.
